Piler le maïs germé

In the framework of the Proli-FaNS (Promoting local innovation for Food and Nutrition Security) project, partners in Cameroon have identified several local innovations by women and men. A process of farmer-led joint experimentation with other actors in research and development is being carried out on selected innovations. Here is an example of a woman’s innovation related to making beverages from maize.
